My Story
One of the reasons I chose to do this work is because I’m passionate about supporting women in the workplace. You deserve to thrive in your career, not just survive.
I’ve spent years in the human resources field, thriving in top HR roles at companies like Google and Grammarly, supporting Senior leaders, growing teams, and checking all the boxes of success. But something felt off. I saw how many women were struggling—brilliant, capable women, and despite having immense potential, often feel held back, whether by structural challenges or by self-doubt. And I felt called to do more.
But I kept pushing, working long hours and constantly managing new challenges until a personal loss made me pause. I realized my work had started to take a toll on both my health and sense of balance. So I took time off to heal. To reflect. Spent time with my family. I returned to practicing yoga, taking long walks in nature with my dog, and having honest conversations, which helped me reconnect with what truly mattered. In February, I left the corporate world after 25 years and started my own coaching business. Scary? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely.
With coaching, clarity, and a powerful process, I now support women in navigating change and building careers that truly bring them fulfillment.

I designed VITAL when I realized I couldn’t keep going at the pace I was working (12-15-hour days), and every day was a new emergency. As soon as I finished one big project, another one landed a week later. My days were back-to-back Zoom meetings until about 4 pm, when my real day of work started. I spent my weekends recovering, only to start the cycle again on Monday! Sound familiar? So I sat down and figured out what worked for me, and now I use it as a high-level framework in my coaching practice.
